Booking is still open online for student involved learning conferences. Please book a time to come discuss your child's progress with me tonight or tomorrow. There is no school for students tomorrow because of conferences. Theatre field trip forms and payment can still be dropped off in the office tomorrow if you have forgotten to send them in.
Morning recap:
This morning after ignite, we did a 3 question mini quiz on equivalent fractions and then did Mathletics on the laptops. We saw our buddies today since there is no school tomorrow. Today's buddy activities focused on November's pillar of the month: kindness. We did a picture sorting activity of kind and unkind actions, wrote or drew ways we can show kindness in the classroom, and completed a maze filled with quotes about kindness. When we got back to our classroom, we started reading chapter 5 of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe before gym. In the half hour between gym and lunch, we did our week in review, flagged work we want to share with you at conferences, and cleaned up our classroom.
