Messages and Reminders:
There will be an integers quiz on Tuesday. Many ratios unit tests and basic facts / computation quizzes still need to be signed and returned. Outdoor school forms are due back by the end of February. There is no school tomorrow, Friday, or Monday. Next Wednesday is pink shirt day - see http://www.pinktshirtday.ca/why-pink-t-shirts.html for more info about this day.
Morning Recap:
This morning after music, we got right back into story writing. Some of us asked to take our journals home so we can work on our stories over the long weekend. During math, we tried to catch up and finish all our unfinished integers work before writing an integers mini quiz and doing Mathletics on the laptops. In gym, it was our turn for the lacrosse class. We ended the morning with some guided drawing of a bouquet of roses in honour of Valentine's Day.
