Class agreements need to be signed and returned as soon as possible. Meet the teacher will be next Thursday, September 19. There will be two 45 minute sessions, one from 6:00 - 6:45 and one from 6:45 - 7:30. You can attend either one. Parent council pizza will be available that evening as well.
Morning recap:
Monday mornings the whole school has ignite from 8:00 - 8:30. When we got back to class, we did a few minutes of quiet reading and then talked about the choices for our first writing sample of the year. We either wrote a letter to our future selves or wrote a story based on a picture. During gym, we played capture the gold against the grade fives. In the time between gym and lunch, we finished our name tags from last week if we weren't done, made frames for our photos, and started making bookmarks that we can use at school this year.
