Messages and Reminders:
Spelling homework is due on Thursday, the day of our spelling test. When completing this week's homework, students may write a sentence using the word, the definition of the word, or an example in cases of literary devices such as simile. We have library on Thursday. Fun lunch orders are due online by Friday. There is no school this Friday or next Monday or Tuesday.
Morning recap:
This morning we did read to self when we got back from ignite. In language arts, we continued looking at different types of poems. We also had some time to work on our spelling homework since this week's words are poetry words. In math, we reviewed multi-digit multiplication. We watched Math Antics videos to remind us of the steps and did some practice questions as a class. We took a break to go to gym and then began working on some multiplication practice questions on our own. We will continue working on this tomorrow.
